Allegheny River Valley Trail (continued into Autumn...)

One of best parts of our time spent in Allegany so far has been the mornings ... specifically mornings walking or biking "The Trail".   I am happiest while in the woods, breathing the earthy air, having my spirit renewed, and getting some exercise to boot!
